  • Restoring Dignity, Reviving Hope: Dementia Dignity

At Dementia Dignity, our mission is clear and unwavering: to restore dignity, compassion, and purpose to senior citizens living with dementia. Guided by the vision and expertise of our Director of Operations, Racheal Freeman, we are redefining care for those most in need of understanding, patience, and respect.

With over 24 years of medical experience, Racheal Freeman is more than a healthcare professional; she is a champion for seniors facing the challenges of dementia. Her journey began humbly as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a skilled nursing facility, where she cultivated a foundation of empathy and hands-on care. She progressed to the role of Medical Technician, honing her skills in assisted living and memory care—critical environments for individuals with dementia.

Racheal's pursuit of excellence led her to obtain her nursing degree, marking the start of a career filled with meaningful service across diverse healthcare settings, including:

    • Home health and medical-surgical units, addressing a range of medical needs with precision.
    • Nursing homes, where she served as both a staff nurse and Assistant Director of Nursing, driving quality and innovation in elder care.
    • Pediatric and med-peds clinics, showing her versatility in connecting with patients of all ages.
    • The Adult Special Care Unit, demonstrating her ability to manage complex cases with compassion.
  • Through these roles, one calling emerged above all others: a passion for geriatrics and dementia care. Racheal’s profound connection to individuals living with dementia inspires our entire team at Dementia Dignity to focus on what matters most—empowering seniors to live with dignity, purpose, and joy.

Dementia Dignity is not just a service—it’s a promise. We promise to treat every senior with the respect they deserve, to honor their memories even as they fade, and to provide families with the confidence that their loved ones are in caring, capable hands. Through tailored programs, innovative therapies, and unwavering commitment, we aim to change the narrative around dementia care.

Let us help you and your loved ones rediscover hope, connection, and dignity. Together, we will shape a destiny where every senior’s journey is valued and cherished.

Dementia Dignity: Where dignity is restored, and destiny is embraced.
